Job description
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Conducting research using analytical tools.
- Developing business solutions and writing reports.
- Supervising and training junior data analysts.
- Communicating with stakeholders, management, and executives.
- Building innovative approaches to solve business issues and informing the organization of results and methodologies.
- Creating important business insights from raw data.
- Collaborating with departments to create optimal business strategies backed by data.
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Develop, locate, and define new process improvement opportunities.
- To oversee the department’s data integration work, including developing data model.
- Maintaining a data warehouse and analytics environment.
- Writing scripts for data integration and analysis.
- Handling and managing of large, diverse data sets with an ability to work with both structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data.
- Build reports and data visualization, using data from the data warehouse and other sources.
- Develop and distribute reporting as per agreed requirements with the organization.
- Provide relevant reporting for all stakeholder needs as per agreed timeframes.
- Implement reporting requirements/projects to ensure organizational needs are met.
- Monitor reporting deliverables to ensure alignment to business SLA.
- Coordinate and ensure that all data reporting projects are designed, scoped, and delivered to meet the needs of the business.
Minimum requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, computer science, data science and statistics.
- Experience in cost-analysis.
- 5-7 relevant experience in logistics.
