 Key Responsibilities

·        Lead and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on performance and team capability

Minimum requirements

Required Skills & Experience

·        Strong execution skills — able to turn ideas into actionable plans and deliver results

·        Systems-minded and process-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset

·        Proven leadership experience with a track record of growth and team development

·        Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and relationship-building skills

·        Industry knowledge and ships agency experience is key

 Qualifications

  • Degree in Business or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years in a senior operational or leadership role
