Job description
Reporting directly to the Manager, the responsibilities of the successful applicant will include, but are not limited to the following:
· Discharge and load breakbulk cargo onto and off trucks
· Good operational skills working inside a warehouse loading in and out
· Completion of work sheets
· Operate the forklift with due regard to people, other vehicles and yard conditions
· High regard to safety is vital
· Daily checking on the condition of the forklifts, and to report on any faults
· Refuelling of forklift
Minimum requirements
We invite applications from candidates who meet the following minimum criteria:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12
- Certified Forklift training certificate
- 3-6 years related experience
- Must be able to travel to and from work during normal working hours. May include night shift.
- Willingness to work long hours.
