Process Mapping Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document existing processes using flowcharts, diagrams, and other process mapping tools.
- Process Analysis: Assist in analysing current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting and Dashboarding: Assist in creating reports and presentations on process findings and recommendations
Minimum requirements
We invite applications from candidates who meet the following minimum criteria:
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in process mapping, process improvement, data visualisation
Required skills:
- Basic knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical Skills - Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Basic problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and develop
