Operational Duties

• Operate Front End Loader equipment safely and efficiently.
• Accurately load tipper trucks using onboard scale systems.
• Execute material movement in accordance with operational procedures.
• Maintain neat and safe stockpiles.
• Complete pre-operational inspections and daily machine checklists.
• Ensure shift reports and loading logs are completed accurately.
• Follow operational instructions from supervisors and controllers.
• Work across different operational areas as required.
• Identify and report hazards, defects, incidents, and operational issues immediately.

Equipment Maintenance

• Conduct daily machine inspections before commencing work.
• Report faults and non-compliance issues to maintenance personnel.
• Ensure machines are washed and cleaned daily.
• Monitor fuel levels and accurately record fuel usage.
• Grease equipment daily and maintain operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with equipment licensing and training requirements. 

Health, Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Comply with SHERQ requirements and site safety standards.
• Consistently wear and maintain appropriate PPE.
• Attend safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Maintain housekeeping standards within designated work areas.
• Report incidents, accidents, and safety hazards immediately.

General Duties

• Follow site speed limits and traffic rules.
• Operate equipment responsibly to prevent damage.
• Keep work areas and machinery clean and presentable.
• Assist with site cleaning and general operational duties when required.
• Cover and manage stockpiles as directed.
• Support operational teams with additional duties within the scope of work.
