Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Maintain offices over two floors, serving tea, coffee and refreshments to visitors
- Set up meeting rooms or events, preparing tea, coffee and refreshments as required
- Ensure kitchen areas are clean, tidy and stocked correctly
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and refreshments
- Assist with relief work in the reception area to welcome visitors, as and when required
- Provide cleaning and refreshment services to clients as instructed
- Use cleaning products safely and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety protocols
- Other ad hoc as require
Minimum requirements

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years general cleaning experience, working in a similar environment
Required skills:
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
