DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the successful applicant will include, but are not limited to the following:

Key Performance Areas

• Meet and assist drivers on arrival at the border and guide them through clearance procedures
• Collect, deliver and submit documentation to customs, clearing agents and relevant authorities
• Ensure all paperwork is complete, correctly stamped and returned to the C&F Controller
• Coordinate the movement of trucks awaiting inspection or clearance
• Provide timely updates to the operations and customs teams on truck status
• Liaise with customs officers and border stakeholders to resolve queries or delays
• Keep accurate records of truck movements, documentation and clearances
• Support the C&F Controller with day-to-day operational requirements at the border
• Uphold company safety, security and compliance standards at all times
